Meta Ads for Jaipur Clinics: Hindi Doctor Videos and WhatsApp Leads

Quick answer

Meta ads work for Jaipur clinics when the doctor speaks on camera in simple Hindi about one problem, the lead path is a WhatsApp chat rather than a long form, and every message or voice note gets a human reply within minutes. Run a few well-funded ad sets across Jaipur and nearby towns, add three to five new videos a week, and judge ads by treated patients, not leads.

A dermatologist in C-Scheme showed me her Meta account. Beautiful English graphics, a model with perfect skin, and a lead form with eight fields. The leads were cheap. Hardly anyone picked up when the clinic called. The ones who did often lived far outside her catchment, or had filled the form by accident.

Then we tried something simpler. The doctor herself, in a plain white coat, speaking in Hindi for forty seconds about one skin question her patients ask every day, with a button that opened WhatsApp. Fewer leads. Far more patients. Here is how I would set up Meta for a Jaipur clinic.

When does Meta make sense for a Jaipur clinic?

Meta is for treatments people don't search for until something reminds them: skin, hair, aesthetics, dental smiles, weight management and other elective, visual decisions. It reaches people who have the problem but haven't started looking. It takes one to three weeks to settle and needs new creatives every week.

If patients search your treatment by name, start with Google instead, and add Meta later.

Why does the creative matter more than targeting?

Meta has become very good at finding people who respond to an ad. So your video is now your targeting. A doctor explaining acne myths in Hindi finds people who care about acne. A glossy graphic with a discount finds people who like discounts.

So keep the targeting broad across your real catchment, adults only for anything cosmetic, and let the creative choose the patient. Test languages and angles as separate ads.

Angle Language Example opening line about the problem
A common myth Hindi "Kya tel wali cheezein khane se muhase hote hain?" (Does oily food cause pimples?)
The local climate Hindi or Hinglish "Rajasthan ki garmi mein skin ko sabse zyada nuksaan kahan se hota hai?" (Where does the summer heat harm skin most?)
Younger city audience English "Most pigmentation that keeps returning has a reason. A dermatologist explains three."
Families from nearby towns Hindi "Jaipur ke bahar se aa rahe hain? Ek hi visit mein jaanch aur poora plan." (Coming from outside Jaipur? Assessment and full plan in one visit.)

None of these points at the viewer. Meta does not allow ads that assert or imply a viewer's personal attributes, including health conditions or appearance. "Are you ashamed of your pimples?" breaks the rule and uses shame. Talking about the problem is allowed, and it usually works better.

Which lead path works best in Jaipur?

For many Jaipur patients, WhatsApp. Typing into a long form feels like paperwork. Tapping a button and sending a message, or a voice note, feels like talking to someone.

  1. Click to WhatsApp, with an instant reply in Hindi that greets the person and asks one simple question about their concern.
  2. Reply to voice notes with a call where you can. A voice note tells you the person prefers talking.
  3. If you use forms, keep them short: the concern, when they want to start, and which town they are in.
  4. Get every lead to a human within five minutes, during working hours, and promise a callback time for anything after hours.

Meta leads go cold fast. A lead called the next morning has usually forgotten they asked. Our CRM, WhatsApp and AI work connects Meta, WhatsApp and your CRM so this happens automatically.

How many creatives does a Jaipur clinic need?

Three to five new ads a week, because every ad tires as people see it again. Keep it sustainable:

  • One fixed recording slot a week, five to eight short videos in one go.
  • Scripts drawn from the questions your front desk hears every day.
  • The doctor on camera, one idea per video, in simple Hindi.
  • The first two seconds open with the problem, a surprising fact or a question.
  • At least two of three: educate, evoke emotion, entertain.
  • Real results only where Meta allows them and the patient has given written consent.

Our content production team can run this weekly slot.

Keep the structure simple too. An ad set needs roughly 50 optimisation events in seven days to settle. Here is an example: at about ₹250 per lead, that is ₹12,500 a week for one ad set. Split ₹12,500 across five ad sets and each gets ₹2,500, about ten leads a week. None of them ever settles.

What if many of your patients come from outside Jaipur?

Then say so in the ads, gently and honestly. Families in nearby towns often assume a specialist visit means several trips and a lost day of work each time. A short video where the doctor explains how the first visit works, what can be done the same day, and what to bring, answers the worry before they ask it.

Keep these as separate creatives, not separate ad sets for every town. Then check your CRM each month: which towns are your treated patients actually coming from? Let that, not guesswork, decide how wide your catchment should be.

How should you judge Meta ads in Jaipur?

By booked, shown and treated patients. Here is an example of the C-Scheme clinic's month after the switch.

English graphic with a long form Hindi doctor video with WhatsApp
Leads 140 55
Reached by phone or chat 50 48
Booked 14 22
Showed up 7 15
Started a plan 2 7

The English ad won on leads and lost on everything that matters. Send booked and treated events from your CRM back to Meta, so it learns what a real patient looks like for your clinic. If you run a dermatology practice, this one switch often changes the whole channel.

What rules must Jaipur clinics follow on Meta?

Meta's health policies change, so read them again before each new campaign. The ones that catch Jaipur clinics most often: cosmetic ads shown to under-18s, lines that imply the viewer has a condition or a flaw, before-and-after images used where the policy doesn't allow them or without written consent, promised results and any promotion of prescription medicines. Check the current NMC regulations as well. The full rules are in Known Doctors Get Booked.

The short version

  • Use Meta for elective, visual treatments, and Google first for searched ones.
  • Doctor-led Hindi videos about the problem, never about the viewer.
  • WhatsApp lead paths, quick replies, and calls back to voice notes.
  • Three to five new ads a week, a few well-funded ad sets.
  • Judge by treated patients. More for Jaipur clinics is on our Jaipur page.

Frequently asked questions

Should my Jaipur clinic run Facebook ads in Hindi?

Usually yes, at least as one of your main tests. Many patients in Jaipur and nearby towns respond better to a doctor speaking simple Hindi than to polished English graphics. Make separate Hindi and English creatives, always about the problem rather than the viewer, and compare them by booked, shown and treated patients, not cost per lead.

Why don't my Meta leads in Jaipur pick up the phone?

Often because the form felt like paperwork, the lead was called too late, or the person never meant to enquire. Try click-to-WhatsApp ads with an instant Hindi reply, call within five minutes, and keep forms short with two or three qualifying questions. Fewer leads that are reachable are worth far more than many that aren't.

Are WhatsApp ads better than lead forms for Jaipur clinics?

For many Jaipur patients they are, because starting a chat or sending a voice note feels more natural than filling a form. Test both. Whichever you use, reply instantly, have a person follow up within minutes, and log every lead in your CRM so you can see which path brings treated patients at the lowest cost.

Can I target patients outside Jaipur with Meta ads?

Yes, if families already travel to you from nearby towns. Keep targeting broad across your realistic catchment rather than many small town audiences, and make a creative that speaks to travelling families, such as planning the assessment and full plan in one visit. Track which towns your treated patients come from before widening further.
