The story

From a second-year MBBS student to 160+ clinics

In 2020, in my second year of MBBS, I started helping skin clinics grow, through personal connections and referrals. The first practices I helped had something in common. The doctors were good, often very good, and they were struggling anyway. One was close to shutting down, because nobody could find him.

That taught me the lesson that runs through everything we do. In medicine, skill and survival are two separate problems, and only one of them gets taught.

So I left my medical studies to do this work full time. Skin Business Accelerator grew out of that work with aesthetic, dermatology, hair transplant and cosmetic surgery clinics. Health Business Accelerator took the same system to specialists of every kind: orthopaedics, IVF, dental, urology, eye care and more.

Since then I've sat across the table from more than 3,000 doctors in one-on-one growth consultations. The pattern repeats more than you'd think. The money is rarely missing. It leaks, quietly, at the front desk, in the consultation room and after the first visit. And the doctor is too busy treating patients to see it.

Today our team works from Bengaluru with clinics across India. The goal is 10,000 clinics by 2030.
