This policy explains what Health Business Accelerator ("HBA", "we", "us") collects when you use this site, why we collect it and what you can do about it. HBA is a brand of Aquisition Monk Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, practice name, speciality, city and anything you type into a form, calculator or booking question.
- Numbers you choose to share before or during a call, such as enquiries, walk-ins and treatments.
- Technical details: device and browser type, pages you visit, the ad or link that brought you here (including UTM tags and click IDs from Meta and Google) and cookie identifiers.
Why we use it
- To send you the guide, scorecard or script you asked for.
- To schedule, prepare for and run your growth call.
- To contact you about our services on WhatsApp, phone and email. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this site.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or book a call. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and it won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. These tools may set cookies and receive technical details about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site and our services, such as our CRM and booking system (HighLevel), WhatsApp Business, our email provider, Meta, Google and Microsoft. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Patient information
Please never send patient-identifiable information through any form, calculator or message thread. We don't need it, and if it reaches us by mistake we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent and stop all marketing messages.
- Raise a grievance, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
