Is Health Business Accelerator an ad agency?
No. Ads are one of the systems we build, and usually the last one we switch on. Most practices we meet don't need more leads first. They need the enquiries they already get to turn into treated patients. We start there: Convert first. Ads last.
Which specialities do you work with?
Specialists, surgeons, clinics and hospitals across India, including dermatology, aesthetics, hair transplant, plastic surgery, orthopaedics, IVF, dental, urology, eye care, ENT, gynaecology, oncology, cardiology and more. For aesthetic, skin and hair clinics, our sister brand Skin Business Accelerator does the same work.
What size of practice is this for?
We work best with practices doing ₹10 to 25 Lakhs a month that want to reach ₹50 Lakhs+. If you're earlier than that, start with the free guides and the books. They're written so you can do the work yourself.
Do you do the work, or does my team?
Either. Done for you means our team installs and runs the systems. Done with you means your own team runs the work from our scripts, templates and SOPs, with a weekly group call and a monthly one-to-one, through the DMF Residency.
How do you charge?
Flat fees. Never a share of your revenue and never a payment per patient. The right option for you is discussed on the growth call, after we have seen your numbers.

Do you guarantee results?
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of patient numbers, revenue or clinical outcomes. Results vary with speciality, city, team, pricing and effort. What we promise is a clear view of your numbers, a plan in the right order, and honest weekly reviews.
Are the client stories real?
They are composites. Names are left out, and each story combines details from more than one practice, with some details changed, to protect privacy.
What about patient data?
We never share patient data, and you should never send patient-identifiable information through any form or message thread. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
