Questions doctors ask

Before you download

Can a non-compete stop an associate opening nearby?

Clauses that stop someone practising after they leave are often hard to enforce in India, so the guide doesn't rely on them. It shows what protects you better: a lawyer-drafted agreement and trust that lives in the practice. It isn't legal advice.

How should I pay my first associate?

The guide compares five structures. For most first associates, a fixed salary plus an incentive, with a clinical quality check beside it, works best. Never pay for bringing in or referring patients.

Does it work for my speciality?

Yes. The steps are the same for orthopaedics, IVF, dental, eye care, urology, ENT, gynaecology, dermatology and more.

What happens after I fill in the form?

The PDF arrives on your WhatsApp and email within a minute. We may send a few useful follow-ups. You can stop them anytime.

P.S. If you skipped to the bottom: the best protection against an associate leaving with patients isn't a clause. It's trust that lives in the practice. The guide shows you how to build it. Get the guide here.
